#UNIDiningTakeover - Taste of 2024
Join us Mon. Mar 25th- Wed. Apr 3rd for lunch (11 AM - 1:30 PM) at the Rialto Dining Venue to enjoy a menu of traditional and contemporary dishes inspired by the evolution of African and African-American flavors in North America. The following five food entrepreneurs will be featured at Emiliano’s station in an all-you-can-eat venue on each of the following dates:
Monday, March 25th: Daniel and Mom’s Kitchen by Teta Toe
Featured menu item: international chu rice and gravy.Tuesday, March 26th: Dominique’s Seafood by Dominique Wallican
Featured menu item: crab boil.Friday, March 29th: Salt N Pepper by the Perkins Family
Featured menu item: catfish, coleslaw, and spaghetti with meat sauce.Tuesday, April 2nd: Mrs Kim’s Plates by Kim Caldwel
Featured menu item: loaded baked potatoes with grilled chicken.Wednesday, April 3rd: Tu Wayy Catering by Jadell Mone' Boyd
Featured menu item: loaded fries with chicken strips and mac & cheese.
📍Rialto Dining Center is located on the North side of campus, 2003 Campus Street, Cedar Falls, IA 50614, between the two tower buildings. For easiest access, use the East entrance (closest to the street).
🚗 Parking is streetside or Transportation Intermodal Parking available across the street.
🎟️ Students can access the dining center via their meal plan; while the cost for lunch for other members of the UNI and Cedar Valley community is $11.25. Only credit/debit cards are accepted. (No cash).
